PRICE  DROP  !!!   Recently remodeled 4 bedroom, two bath home on five private acres in (north) West Olive, MI  xxxx0, just 1/2 mile south of the Grand Haven border.  This is Grand Haven School District and the bus stop is across the street.  This is Grand Haven Township.  It is located 5 miles south of Grand Haven town and 15 miles north of Holland, 30 miles west of Grand Rapids.  Approximately xxxx sq ft make up the house living space.  This does not include the garage but does include the Three-Season Room connected to the Family Room downstairs, which is an excellent protection for the hungry mosquitos come summertime evenings.    Upstairs there is a 24 x 24 Great Room open to the kitchen area and the dining room.  This makes it excellant for family gatherings and entertaining.  The hardwood flooring upstairs is a honey color and is from a renewable fast growing source to not use up all the world resources.  The bathroom and the kitchen have laminate flooring.  It is all easy clean with only a good sweeping and a damp mop with white vinigar and water.  All purpose cleaner for the tough spots if any.  Same for the porcelain and laminate flooring downstairs.  Just vacuum three rooms:  two bedrooms and the three-season room are carpeted.
The water heater was replaced two years ago after the laundry room was remodeled and the downstairs bathroom installed.  All exterior doors with storm doors and self storing screens were also replaced, along with all windows except one in the dining room upstairs.  Doors and windows are by Anderson.  The kitchen range as been replaced and a new wood pellet stove downstairs in the family room.  The pellet stove in the Great Room is a great for heating the whole upstairs.  The propane furnace runs only in the very coldest months of the year when the temperatur drops below twenty unless you turn one of the thermostats up yourself.  There is a Pelonis heater in the bathroom for warmth when using the room or showering..The bathroom downstairs has a large shower and no bathtub.  There is a heater in the ceiling that is excellent at heating the bathroom for showers, etc.  The furnace is a boiler system and has three thermostats.  They can be set to only turn the furnace on when the temperature drops below a certain degree in that portion of the house, used mainly on the coldest nights of the year.  Use of propane is very little, probably 500  gallons a year. The two pellet stoves are economical to use and are like having a fireplace on each level of the house, yet without the escaped heat.  Upstairs includes the Great Room, the dining room, the kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom including bathtub and shower.  The bedrooms have large closets and there is also a large closet in the hall for coats and linens. There is a ceiling fan in every room to keep air moving through out the house and they are great for those warm summer nights.  Downstairs are the Family Room, three season room, 2 bedrooms, pump room under the stairs, and the laundry-utility room with the furnace hidden away in its own closet.  The new bathroom is located off the utility room.  This room leads to the two and a half stall garage where the pellets and one car are stored in the winter.  There is a utility door to the outside leading to either the steps going upstairs to the deck, or out to the pole barn that houses at least three more vehicles or a large recreatioal vehicle in the 10 foot door area of the building.  This area is enclosed from the rest of the building with double doors opening to the other area.  The building is excellent for storage of any seasonal items such as Christmas stuff, etc.  There is no shortage of storage in this property.  There is plenty of room for car and all your toys.
Deer and wild turkeys roam the yard.  The turkeys take care of a lot of nusiance bugs in the yard and are fun to watch.  They come through in herds, or gaggles I guess they call them.  The well water is superb and the septic takes good care of the sewage.  Just service it according to usage.
This home is located off Buchanan Street, south on 152nd which is east of US31.  It is on the north east corner of Rich and 152nd Av.  The driveway is on Rich Street.  There is a separate driveway to the pole barn.  See more information on Zillow.  Just type in the address.  There is an aerial shot of the property and house.
